What a night, what energy! Last Friday, Superstation took to the Mort Subite stage at the legendary Flanders Open Rugby festival in Dendermonde. Following a successful trial gig in Hamme, this was the official debut of our brand-new line-up. And boy, did it spark!
For a full hour, the band gave it their all. We kicked things off straight away with a first: the brand-new track ‘Walk in the Park’. From the very first notes, the atmosphere was electric. The crowd didn’t hold back, feet were flying off the floor and people were dancing as if summer had already officially begun.
Special guest & media attention
As the icing on the cake, we were joined on stage by a special guest. None other than Ireene blew the audience away with a couple of authentic, roaring saxophone solos that gave the whole set extra punch.
The atmosphere was so electric that even the festival cameras took notice. Be sure to check out the organisers’ official summary of Friday’s events, as our guitarist managed to land a starring role in it!
Relive the performance
Were you unable to make it, or do you simply want to relive the experience? We have a live recording of the track ‘Circles’ ready for you.
